Shipping and handling
- Bankfees are to be paid by the customer
- Furthermore there will be a charge by DHL of 2€ when ordering by cash on delivery ( Only in Germany availalbe )
- Bulky goods : trainers, frames, rims, wheels and repairstands.
Terms of delivery
Orders , which are below 50€, will be charged with 3€ additionally.
In case of deliveries outside of the European Union, we will subtract the german VAT.
If a delivery is more expensive, we will get in contact with you!
*1 We do have an own bank account in these countries, so that you can save time and money. The bankdata will be send in a separate mail.
*2 We offer the possibility of payment via credit card for these countries. This has to be charged with 5€ in addition.
