Before an article is added to our product-range, we verify wheather the product is meaningful, reasonable and of high-quality. But, in spite of this accuracy and despite this individual check in our incoming inspection, recalamtions can still occur. We, as being ambitious cyclists ourselves, know that such a case can be annoying. This is why we try to offer a fast and uncomplicated process here.

In case of a complaint please contact us via mail or phone. We are able to send an online retour sticker for customers in Germany.

Clients from foreign countries:
In case of a complaint, please return the broken article at your expenses, including a copy of the invoice and a detailed description of the defect.
If the complaint is covered by warranty, we will reimburse your shipping costs. Please use the cheapest shipping costs. Also mention your IBAN and SWIFT code. We will try to handle everything here at our store. Nevertheless, if that is not possible, we will have to forward the article to the manufacturers. In that case we will contact you again. Exchange:
Please send the article and a copy of the bill, in addition to a short description of which item should be exchange into what, to us.
Because you have to pay for this tranmission, the new articles are delivered for free. If there is any credit left on your side, we will retransfer it to your bank-account.
To quicken the procedure, mark the package with "Umtausch".
For the possibility of wanting to rescind your order, the legal arrangement of rescission which can be found included in our T&C is in charge.
