The nine-piece Komfort Bicycle Workshop Starter Set with repair stand from 3min19sec includes an extended basic set of equipment that serves as an introduction to DIY bike repair. It contains all elements of the Komfort Starter Set and additionally a foldable bike stand for repairs. With the easy-to-use cradle arms, you can hang up bikes weighing up to 25 kg, which are clamped gently and can be rotated up to 360°. A matching tool tray with small parts compartments comes as a bonus.
The core element of this starter set is the BTK-2 bicycle tool box with the most important tools for chains and cassettes, bottom brackets and cranks, tyres and wheels as well as pedals. Of course, general tools should not be missing here. In addition, there is the premium torque wrench that enables you precisely tighten components in a range from 2 to 26 Nm. You can also use the master link pliers to open and close master links from 9 to 12-speed chains. With the Chain Wear Indicator 2.0, you can quickly find out how much your current bike chain has worn down. The Bowden cable cutter and the brake hose cutter are used to shorten cables or hydraulic hoses. The aluminium floor pump with wooden handle and pressure gauge is also part of the Komfort Starter Set. You can generate pressures of up to 16 bars and use them for Presta, Schrader and Dunlop valves.
