No other helmet manufacturer has deeper roots in motocross than Bell. Much of the experience Bell's engineers gained during the development of the award-winning Motor-9 has gone into the Full-9. This unrivalled wealth of experience combined with feedback from downhill and BMX pros makes this helmet simply unbeatable.
The Full-9 meets the strict ASTM Downhill Mountain Bike Standards as well as the CPSC and CE Bicycle Safety Standards. Other developments from motorcross that have found their way into the Full-9 include the Eject Helmet Removal System and Magnetic Cheekpads. Furthermore, the Full-9 offers many other features such as an Integrated Breakaway Camera Mount. Add a lightweight carbon shell, wide field of vision, overbrow ventilation inlets and velocity flow ventilation and you have the most advanced helmet for downhill and BMX riding.

Overbrow Ventilation™
Actively directs cooling airflow over the head and regulates the temperature by drawing cool air through the intake port and circulating it through the matrix of ventilation channels.

Integrated Camera Mount
The integrated and removable camera attachment, with mounts for GoPro® and Contour cameras, holds the camera securely and wobble-free on the helmet. A rubber pad between the clip and helmet prevents vibrations and rattling. The camera sits securely and tightly on the helmet, without hook and loop fastening straps or glued-on adapters.

Magnetic Removable Cheekpads
Thanks to Magnefusion™ (magnetically detachable), the cheekpads can be removed quickly and easily even while the helmet is on. This means that first responders can provide immediate first aid in the event of a fall, putting on and taking off the helmet is made easier or the cheekpads can be quickly removed between 2 runs for drying.

Integrated Eject® Compatibility
The Full-9 is designed for the use of the Eject® rescue system known from motorsports. The Eject® allows first responders to remove the helmet carefully without causing additional injury to the rider.

Breakaway Screws
Bell's visor screws break more easily in the event of a fall to avoid the possibility of cuts from bent visors - another clever precautionary measure from Bell.

Flying Bridge Visor
The visor brought over from Bell's moto division is screwed on both sides, so it sits super tight and can be adjusted safely without the need for a heavy-adjustable middle screw.
