This is a good trainer. I've had mine for 2 years and put approx. 5000km on it. I don't know how accurate the power resistance is, but it seems to read high (you can certainly find reviews on that regarding this trainer) and affected by speed ... it's not suited for high watt resistance. I typically ride at 300W for 1 or 2 hours, with occasional sprints up to 400 or even 500W ... and it works well. I personally much prefer rollers to fixed trainers (i.e. my wife's CyclOps smart trainer) and would like to see more sophistication build into the resistance system. I did have to buy an ANT+ USB adapter for my Mac and my PC to achieve a connection. The bearings in the rollers did make noise for a few rides, but otherwise I don't really hear the rollers when I'm wearing headphones.
