The FOCUS SAM² 6.9 is a 29" enduro e-bike with Shimano XT 12-speed gears, suspension elements from Fox, a Bosch Performance CX 85 Nm motor and an integrated 625 Wh battery. Designed for difficult descents, it has a sensitive chassis with precision-tuned progressiveness and offers powerful support uphill.

FOCUS Optimized Linkage Design (F.O.L.D.)
FOCUS has developed and patented its own linkage design called FOCUS Optimized Linkage Design (F.O.L.D.), a rear suspension system that offers several advantages. At F.O.L.D. the spring travel is divided into two phases. In the first phase, the characteristic curve of the rear end is degressive: the suspension reacts extremely sensitively and absorbs the smallest impacts. This gives the F.O.L.D. typical and noticeable plus in traction compared to other rear systems. In the second phase, the characteristic curve is progressive in order to provide sufficient control even with rough hits and to prevent bottoming out. F.O.L.D. makes the rear end feel like more suspension travel and gives you full control in every riding situation.

Flip Chip
Thanks to the FOCUS Flip Chip you won't have to decide on a wheel size when buying your E-MTB. At the dropout you have two axle positions: The " Low Position" is optimised for 27+ tyres, the " High Position" clears 29" wheels perfectly. So you can ride your E-MTB with 29" , 27+ or as a drifter (29" /27+).

C.I.S.
The fully integrated C.I.S. cable routing ensures a tidy cockpit. All cables run through the special stem and headset directly into the frame. Perfect braking and shifting is guaranteed at all times.
