Super Fit™ Engineering:
Giro gloves fit better! The shape of the glove corresponds to that of a hand: when you hold the handlebars, pressure points or folds are avoided. Together with the highest quality materials and the three-part palm construction, Giro gloves offer outstanding comfort with optimum control and grip on the handlebars.
Three-piece Palm Construction:
The unique 3-part palm construction does not hinder hand movements in any way and protects the palm from stressed pressure points while allowing for full handlebar control. This construction makes Giro gloves so comfortable and convenient that you forget you're wearing them as soon as you slip them on.
Flex Zones are used in many Giro full finger gloves. Flexible areas across the knuckles reduce friction to a minimum and increase finger mobility.
" Coolskin" synthetic leather is an ultra-light and air-permeable material. It is extremely stretchy and breathable. If you want to call a material a " second skin" , then " Coolskin" comes closest.
Giro uses AX Suede for gloves that should be able to withstand daily use. The flexible material is weatherproof and breathable
Poron XRD is a soft, shock-absorbing material specially designed to absorb up to 90 percent of impact energy without sacrificing performance on repeated impacts. Poron® XRD remains supple and flexible until impact. At the moment of impact, the molecules immediately interlock, deflecting the impact energy and helping to absorb it. Poron XRD is also breathable and therefore perfectly suited for gloves.
Most electronic devices are equipped with touchscreens and cannot be operated with normal long-fingered gloves. Giro now outfits the majority of its full finger gloves with a special coating, allowing you to access your mobile devices without removing the gloves.
