Praxis Works Aero Solid Road, 5-Arm, 130 mm BCD Chainring Set
Time trial aesthetic: the Aero Solid Road chainring set from Praxis Works
With the Praxis Works Aero Solid chainring set 130 mm bolt circle, the focus was not on the low weight as with the Buzz, but on the look: the large chainring is closed and thus has the classic Aero/TT look. Like all Praxis road chainrings, the Aero Solid is made from cold-forged, hard anodised aluminium for superior performance and durability. It is the result of rigorous and thorough testing, and guarantees smooth shifting, robustness and the highest quality. LevaTime™ technology with precision-tuned climbing aids is also included with this chainring.

Technology:
Cold Forging ProcessThe primary reason why Praxis Works chainrings are cold forged is because it allows you to produce unique tooth shapes and shifting ramps. In addition, the one-shot process makes the surface harder and more resistant, which is not possible with CNC chainrings. In practice, the process delivers high shifting precision and long service life. The individual angles of the teeth as well as the additional shifting ramps for the drivetrain make these chainrings unique.
LevaTime™
As in any good relationship, timing is crucial. The LevaTime shifting technology developed by the engineers in long series of tests plays a large part in the high shifting comfort of Praxis Works chainrings. Both chainrings are adjusted and matched to each other, right down to the individual shape for each individual chainring tooth, so that its shape and angle are synchronized with the partner chainring.
