Rotor INPower DM MTB Power Meter Cranks - black/175.0 mm

Rotor INPower DM MTB Power Meter Cranks

Item number: 67493

Improve your pedalling performance and achieve your training goals: the INPower DM MTB crank from Rotor

Integrated power measurement technology lies at the heart of the Rotor INPower direct mount MTB crank. Power measurement data is taken from the left leg by way of strain gauges in the axle, which provide precise values for power, cadence, torque efficiency and concentricity. Power meter technology inside of the crank is well-protected against rocks, shocks, falls and debris.

The Rotor InPower DM MTB crank is a powerful tool that allows you to measure individual pedalling biomechanics using the Rotor Power App. Get real-time access to specific information such as Torque 360, Optimum Chainring Angle (OCA) or a recommendation for the optimal chainring position (OCP).
Use this technology in conjunction with oval Rotor Q-Rings to set your OCP to adjust your pedalling efficiency and maximise power transfer for every rotation.

Connect your Rotor INPower DM crank to a bike computer or smartphone via Bluetooth Smart or ANT+ to easily export your data, and dive deeper into training analysis with platforms such as Trainingpeaks.com.
Setup and calibration are user-friendly, and everything is powered by a standard AA battery in watertight casing, which provides up to 300 hours of operation.
You can also customise the INPower DM's crank arms with rubber impact protectors, available in seven stylish colours.

Technology:

Aluminium CNC
Computer Numerical Control (CNC) milling ensures a precise and uniform production process. This is particularly important when manufacturing components that must function properly and work in congruity with other parts. Thanks to state-of-the-art CNC equipment, Rotor parts are manufactured with extreme precision, down to a hundredth of a millimetre.

TDS
Rotor CNC cranks are stiffer than competitive cranksets thanks to Trinity Drilling System (TDS). In this procedure, three full holes are drilled from the bottom bracket to the pedal. This creates a box-like grid, similar to a box girder bridge. This makes the cranks extremely stiff while at the same time reducing weight, resulting in an excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio.

INPower
Inner values count! The technology of the Rotor INPower is completely and securely positioned inside of the axle. The patented ROTOR INPower with integrated power measurement will improve your training in both quality and experience aspects. It is one of the lightest integrated power measuring cranks and is an ideal introduction to power-controlled training. Safe from shocks and debris, the placement of the strain gauges in the centre of the axle provides accurate and reliable data transmission. The measured data are recorded in the left crank arm. The Optimal Chainring Angle (OCA) system allows you to find the ideal Optimal Chainring Position (OCP) setting for your Q-Ring by analysing the force within one pedal rotation. Replacing the standard AA battery can be carried out without tools.

OCP
Optimum Chainring Position (OCP) indicates the various adjustments that Rotor Q-Rings offer to adapt to the rider's specific pedalling characteristics. Q-Rings have up to 5 OCPs. These positions help to optimise your pedalling behaviour.
You can determine your OCP if you know your optimal chainring angle (OCA), which you can determine by a Torque 360 step analysis with the user software of Rotor 2INPower and INPower.
