This special inner tyre for the PROCORE system is particularly light and has highly stable pressure.

Technology:

The inner chamber of the PROCORE system consists of the special PROCORE inner tyre and the PROCORE tube. The inner tube is equipped with the patented Dual-Valve, the tyre is both very light and extremely high pressure resistant. It is filled with a pressure between 4 and 6 bar and progressively cushions extremely hard impacts - even maximum loads cannot penetrate to the edge of the rim. At the same time, the internal high-pressure system secures the tyre to the rim and reliably prevents the air loss known as " burping" of conventional tubeless systems.

Ich bin jetzt seit ca. 1 Jahr auf Procore unterwegs und das System tut was es soll. Schützt zuverlässig vor Durchschlägen (und damit kaputten Felgen) und bietet bei einem Platten Notlaufeigenschaften.
Einziges Manko ist aus meiner Sicht, das die Tubelessmilch durch den Innenreifen nicht überall hinkommt, zb. zum Ventilsitz. Dadurch ist der schleichende Luftverlust deutlich höher als bei normalem Tubelessaufbau und es ist deutlich öfter Kontrolle und nachpumpen angesagt.

Endlich gibt es die Procore Bestandteile auch einzeln zu erwerben. Somit kann man auch nur einen Reifen mit Procore aufbauen. In Summe ist der Preis somit etwas unter der Box, dafür fehlen auch manche Bestandteile wie Dichtmilch, Reifenheber, etc.
Wer das nicht braucht und/oder nur einen Reifen mit Procore aufbauen möchte, der kann hiermit super zuschlagen. System funktioniert klasse.
Gerade wenn man in großer Höhe losfährt und den Luftdruck dort bereits sehr niedrig hält, kommt man unten mit einem noch niedrigeren Luftdruck an. Pumpt man zwischendrin nicht auf, kann es schnell zu einem Platten kommen. Damit ist Schluss! Extrem sorglos das System und die Montage geht auch gut von der Hand, wenn auch natürlich nicht so einfach wie mit einem normalen Schlauch.
