With the Shimano Di2 battery mount SM-BTC1, the batteries SM-BTR2 and BT-DN110, which are actually intended for internal mounting, can be attached to the outside of the bicycle. It is mounted on the bottle cage braze-ons. Designed specifically for MTB electronic groupsets, it can also be used with Road Di2, replacing the SM-JC40/41 junction thanks to its junction B function.
