Après quelques essais que je qualifierai de douteux, l'assurance est rapidement revenue. Les rouleaux d'entrainement libres sont idéaux pour entrainer l'endurance de base et l'endurance intensive, tout en soignant un pédalage rond, très régulier. La résistance au pédalage se régule via le braquet utilisé. Ok, cela ne permet pas de simuler un col de montagne, mais ce n'est pas le but de ce genre de Home Trainer (cfr. plus haut).
Petit conseil: Resserez les vis de fixation des rouleaux après 2-3 entrainements.
