The other review by PHILIPPE P. about the S/M model being too small is correct. I took it for a petite girl with an elbow circumference of 22 cm and it barely fits. But the arm is very tight and the blood circulation is impaired. I will make a return and order the M/L size.

In general, the protection is good, but it is too small.
