The Shimano 105 R7000 2x11 Direct Mount groupset comes with a direct mount rim brake kit. This means that the front brake is mounted directly on the fork, the rear brake on the seat stays, resulting in aerodynamic advantages and an integrated look. The groupset also includes a 2-speed crank (34-50 T), an 11-speed cassette (11-30, 11-32 or 11-34 T), a Quick-Link chain, a braze-on front derailleur, a pair of shift/brake grips (STI) and a rear derailleur. As usual, the 105 benefits directly from the technologies of its bigger sisters, the Dura-Ace and the Ultegra, and provides reliable service to road bike beginners in training and competition.
