Due to its particularly low mass, the Ai2 brake rotor heats up more than heavier brake rotors, which can affect less high-quality disc brake systems during long-lasting braking processes. For the same reason Ai2 brake rotors cool down very quickly, so that with correct and normal brake use, heating and cooling are evenly balanced out.
