On a bike you spend most of the time sitting in the saddle. A well-fitting saddle is therefore essential, because the saddle is a crucial contact point between you and your bike. Finding the right saddle is not always easy, but the individual seat bone distance gives a good indication. You can easily determine this yourself, e.g. with measuring cardboard. If you then select the saddle in the right width, chances are good that the saddle will fit.
