Shipment

We ship your goods with DHL, DPD (Bulky Goods) and DHL Freight (Haulage).

In stock items will be delivered in approximately 2-4 business days within Germany and within Europe in approximately 2-6 business days. The delivery time outside of Europe is approximately 5-19 business days, depending on the destination country.

In-stock bikes are shipped by special freight carriers. Delivery takes 4-8 business days within Germany and up to 15 business days within Europe.

Terms of delivery outside the EU

In case of deliveries outside of the European Union, we will subtract the german VAT (19%).
