Dissolve 3 level measuring scoops (approx. 42g) of the powder in 100ml of water or in 250ml of a mixed drink. We recommend a maximum of 3 servings (126g) per day for adults, 2 servings (84g) for children aged 12 and above, and 1 serving (42g) for children aged 3 and above. Consumption of the Before Activity Shake is recommended at breakfast, as a snack, or 30–120 minutes before training.
