With this hacksaw you can shorten e.g. fork stems, handlebars and seatposts made of steel/aluminum.
For carbon fork steerer tubes, handlebars or seatposts, a special carbon saw blade is offered separately.

Great and reliable saw, used it for cutting aluminium steerer-tube and carbon steerer-tube (had to buy carbon cutting blade separately). Very pleased with this tool, would definitely recommend.
