The 240 Straight Pull MTB hub from DT Swiss in the disc brake version for Center Lock brake rotors is the first choice for the rear wheel of your mountain bike. The Ratchet EXP freehub uses the advantages of a ratchet with 36 teeth. These offer precise power transmission, preventing undesirable idling. Through the bearings which are integrated into the threaded rings, the distance between the bearings is increased. As a result, the axis moves less, which leads to a lower load on the bearings. This gives the hub an increased durability. Due to the no-tool concept, you can service the 240 Straight Pull without tools and change the freehub body.
