DT Swiss EX 1700 CLASSIC 29" wheelset – enduro wheelset built for full trail action
The DT Swiss EX 1700 CLASSIC 29" wheelset is made for riders who like to push hard when the trail points down. Robust aluminium rims, proven DT Swiss 350 hubs and DT competition race® spokes deliver the strength and reliability you need for demanding enduro lines, fast descents and rough terrain.
With a 30 mm internal width, the wheelset provides a solid platform for modern enduro and trail tyres. The hooked tubeless rims are designed for high off-road loads and enable a performance-oriented tubeless setup. The wheelset uses a 15 x 110 mm Boost thru axle at the front and a 12 x 148 mm Boost thru axle at the rear. Depending on the version, the rear wheel is equipped with either a Shimano HG or SRAM XD freehub. The Ratchet DEG 72 freehub system with DF technology helps reduce pedal kickback and keeps the ride controlled when the trail gets rough.
