The Gates Strap Wrench is used for quick and easy removal of the front or rear belt drive sprocket. It holds the sprocket securely while you loosen the lockring.
Note:
Not recommended for disassembling Rohloff and other belt drive sprockets with screw thread (use POM tool for this). Never use the carbon drive belt as a strap wrench or chain whip.
