The ARC shorts by Giro are an indispensable basic for all mountain bikers. The elastic MTB shorts provide plenty of freedom of movement. The waistband can be easily adjusted to your needs and driving style. They are breathable and can be worn with knee guards without issue. A zip pocket located on the side gives you a place to securely store valuables. A sun protection factor of UPF 50+ means you are-protected from strong sunlight. Its water-repellent DWR finish adds further protection from splashing water.

Excellent shorts. Quality is very good.

The waist size is adjustable - so no need of a belt.

There are 3 pockets: 2 side pockets and 1 smaller zipped leg pocket.

The only button is riveted, like in jeans - as I prefer.

The material is 100% polyester, so some static electricity may be generated while wearing. I would prefer cotton material for this reason.

These are good shorts, all in all.
