Ordered size M. The tightness of the fit and the length are perfect. However, these neither grip nor grab - they slide off the leg.

M size is 66 cm long and circumference 40 cm at upper side. Frontal area is micro-fleece, backside smooth lycra.
On 56 cm legs sems a bit tight, but warmers is stretchy and I dont feel any discomfort, bigger size may be too loose and long.
