Note from the manufacturer:

The distance between the mudguard and the tyre should not be less than 6 mm when the suspension is fully immersed. Brake cable and parts must not come into contact with the mudguard through full suspension travel. Before each ride check the mudguard for tightness and retighten if necessary. Clean the seatpost (free of grease) before initial assembly.
