DTC: Dual Tread Compound
The tyres with DTC have 2 different rubber compounds combined in one tread pattern. A soft Stick-E (50 Shore A durometer) on the sides for good grip in curves and a harder L3R Pro (60 Shore A durometer) in the middle for less rolling resistance and longer life.

ATC Advanced Trail Casing
Kenda's Advanced Trail Casing technology consists of the Kenda Sidewall Casing technology and the K-Amor Belt.
Woven-in polyamide makes up the Sidewall Casing and additionally strengthens the sidewalls against puncture.
The K-Amor Belt is 174 % more resistant than other Adamit Breakers. K-Amor is woven very tightly and offers excellent adhesion, which allows for less compound to be used. This makes the tyre much lighter.
