The tyres with DTC have 2 different rubber compounds combined in one tread pattern. A soft Stick-E (50 Shore A durometer) on the sides for good grip in curves and a harder L3R Pro (60 Shore A durometer) in the middle for less rolling resistance and longer life.

SCT: Sidewall Casing Technology
Kenda's SCT technology allows the use of liquid tubeless conversion systems while increasing the resistance of the sidewalls to cuts and abrasion.

Wer nicht auf jedes Gramm schaut, erhält einen Top Reifen auch für CC. Habe vorher noch keinen Reifen gefahren, der so viel Sicherheit und ein gutes Gefühl gibt.
Super leichte Montage und sofort dicht.
Fahre vorne und hinten 2.2 Zoll in der SCT Variante. Rollt erstaunlich leicht - auch auf der Straße. Im Gelände der beste Reifen, den ich bisher gefahren bin - und es waren schon einige.
Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Mein Reifen beim heurigen Alpencross...war bzw. bin super zufrieden damit, ein Top Allrounder!
Problemlose tubeless -Montage. Top Grip und Seitenhalt bei trockenen Bedingungen auf Schotter, Waldboden, felsigen und technischen Trails. (Hatte aber noch keine Regenfahrten).
Rollt super leicht auch auf Asphalt.
Stabile Seitenwand...Keine Pannen bei Luftdruck 1,5 bar. Gemessenes Gewicht für 29x2.2 = 760g.
