The Crossmax S Carbon Disc 6-Bolt 29" wheelset from Mavic is designed for riders who demand reliable performance on All Mountain and Cross Country trails. Featuring a carbon rim with a hookless flange and a 30 mm inner rim width, this wheelset offers a perfect balance of stiffness and compliance for varied terrain. The 24 stainless steel spokes are arranged in a 2-cross pattern front and rear, secured with durable steel ABS nipples for lasting strength. Both front and rear hubs are made from aluminum with steel bearings to ensure smooth rolling and durability. The rear hub includes an Instant Drive 360 freehub body made of aluminum for quick engagement and efficient power transfer. This wheelset is tubeless-ready with a UST Tubeless system, allowing you to run lower tire pressures for better traction and comfort. The disc brake system uses a 6-bolt mount, compatible with modern mountain bike setups. With a valve hole diameter of 6.5 mm for SV valves and compatibility with clincher or folding tires, this wheelset is versatile and ready to upgrade your ride.
