The Crossmax XL-R Disc Center Lock Carbon 29" Wheel from Mavic is built for All Mountain riding and gives your MTB a fast, precise setup on demanding trails. Its carbon rim combines a 25 mm rim height with a wide 30 mm inner width to support modern clincher and folding tires with solid trail control. Thanks to the UST Tubeless system, you can run tubeless and dial in grip, comfort, and puncture protection for rough terrain. The hookless rim profile is made for a clean tire interface and a direct ride feel on technical lines. With 24 straightpull steel blade spokes in a 2-cross pattern at the front and rear, the wheel keeps handling responsive and dependable. Aluminum hub shells keep the construction robust, while steel bearings at both hubs are designed for consistent rolling performance. The Instant Drive 360 freehub adds quick engagement, so power gets to the trail without delay. Disc Center Lock compatibility makes it easy to match the wheel to a modern MTB braking setup. The SV valve hole rounds out the tubeless-ready design for a practical, trail-focused wheel package.
