Really good grip, decent sidewall support and protection from the Exo insert and a reasonable, but short lifespan given the low durometer rubber compound. I'd say it's excellent value for challenging dry to damp loose/rooty/rocky terrain and all mountain type riding.

EXCELLENT tire, especially in the front, very predictable, lots of grip. One possible issue is tearing of the knobs (after a few hard days in the bike park they show signs of tearing but no knobs have fallen off yet, so it's not that bad), also not a true 2.5, more like 2.3.
