The NeverSecond C30 Ice Gel provides you with 30 g of easily digestible carbohydrates in frozen form. These are composed according to the AJ21 formula, which means a 2:1 maltodextrin-to-fructose ratio. This quickly gives you enough energy during hard training sessions in summer or on the trainer as well as in a race. To improve your fluid intake, 200 mg of sodium are also included. Take the gel with or without water, just as you like. Thanks to its mild taste and low viscosity, it is gentle on your stomach. Manufacturer Suggested Usage:

Consume 1 - 3 gels every 60 minutes, depending on your needs.
VERY IMPORTANT: Freeze for at least 3 hours with the top side up (upright position). Do not freeze gel lying down. Before eating, remove from the freezer, cut off the wrapper top and allow to thaw for 2 - 3 minutes. Squeeze from the bottom to the top.
