Panaracer Pasela ProTite 26" Folding Tyre

I bought this tyre for my touring bike which I use mainly for daily commuting, but also sometimes long distance touring or gravel riding.
The rolling resistance of the tyre is okay, faster than Schwalbe big apple but not as fast as the Pasela 700C. Same with comfort, they are more supple than Schwalbe big apple, but not as supple as the Pasela 700C.
Puncture protection seems perfect so far, no flats over the past ~2000km of mostly regular daily riding in the city with occasionally some small pieces of glass sometimes.
The best part however is unpaved grip. These tyres perform excellent on gravel and dry dirt, better than even some cheap MTB tyres, but of course don't expect any grip in mud. Grip on dry pavement is also good, but reduces a lot when it gets wet.

Overall it's a quite good tyre, although I would personally like it to be built a little lighter and more supple like the pasela 700C.

Ottimo compromesso tra sport e comfort. Scorrevole e con un buon grip nella misura 26x1.75 pesa, in media, 455 grammi. La spalla "tiene" bene anche alla pressione di gonfiaggio minima prevista permettendo un certo divertimento anche in leggero fuoristrada. Buon prodotto, consigliato.
