The Reserve 42|49 Turbulent Aero DT 240 wheelset is a fast carbon road wheelset for riders looking for aero performance, low weight and everyday usability in one setup. With a 42 mm front rim depth and 49 mm rear rim depth, it offers enough aerodynamic depth for high speeds while remaining light and controlled enough for climbs and long days in the saddle.
The Turbulent Aero design was developed using real-world wind data and is intended to deliver more speed and stability on the road. The mixed rim depths create a balanced combination of efficiency, control and predictable handling. Reserve positions the 42|49 as a wheelset for race day and everyday use – from fast training rides to races such as Paris-Roubaix or the Giro d’Italia.
With a semi-hooked rim profile, tubeless and clincher compatibility, and a modern internal width of 25.4 mm front and 24.8 mm rear, the wheelset is designed for fast road tyres from 29 to 40 mm.
