The Robert Axle for bicycle trailers replaces your original thru-axle, so you can attach a child, pet or luggage trailer to your bike with 12 mm over locknut dimension. Kid trailer axles from the Robert Axle Project are compatible with all hitch trailers that have two wheels and a single connection point, e.g. from Thule or Burley. Robert axles are three to four times stronger than standard axles and are therefore suitable for e-bikes as well as racing bikes, mountain bikes or fat bikes.
