Einen so sauberen Antrieb an einem MTB hatte ich noch nie.
300Km und alles sieht aus wie frisch aus dem Laden.

Der Aufwand ist nicht ohne aber für mich hat er sich gelohnt.
Die E11 EPT Kette mit ~1500Km Laufleistung flutscht wie neu.
Die erste Kette wurde mit Squirt Wachs behandelt und hat 2600Km gehalten. Auch damit war die Kette sauberer als mit Öl aber kein Vergleich zum SILCA Secret Chain Blend Hot Wax.

Demnächst wird eine billige Minifriteuse angeschaft, denn das mit der Tüte im Wasser ist nicht wirklich toll und dauert sehr lange.

Funktioniert super in dem Beutel. Lediglich schlecht ist, dass es in einem Topf mit dem Beutel sehr lange dauert bis das ganze Wachs im Wasserbad flüssig ist.
Besser ist da wohl ein Instant Pot für das Wachs.

In meinem Fall ist die schon sehr leise SRAM Red AXS Kette nochmal deutlich leiser als alternativen wie zum Beispiel Squirt, was ich früher verwendet habe.

UPDATE Have chains at 2.500km and 3.800km showing ZERO wear, have done 60 waxes to date, and am confident this first bag will do 100 waxes without getting too low to be practical.

As recommended by the Australian Chain Wear Guru, I think the bag is pointless and the contents need to be heated in a rice-cooker or what have you to 110°C as at lower temperatures the coating is too thick and wasteful.

I've done nearly 40 waxes in this way and the level has hardly changed ; my chains show zero signs of wear, and the cleaning-bath I use with solvants shows zero metallic particles between waxes.
