The Shimano 105 BR-R7070 brake caliper is a groupset-labelled ceramic piston system with a slim flat-mount design that integrates seamlessly into the aero profile of your road bike. It is Ice-Tech compatible and, in combination with the corresponding brake rotors and pads, ensures peak heat dissipation under all conditions. The brake caliper can also be bled quickly and easily thanks to the One Way Bleeding function. Included are organic pads with cooling fins as well as (for the front version) a brake rotor adapter for the front.

One Way Bleeding
One Way Bleeding is a technique used on Shimano calipers that facilitates brake bleeding. The hose routing has been optimised so that no air bubbles remain in the brake calliper. In combination with the funnel, the brake can be bled cleanly and easily.
