The K04S-MX are sintered metal brake pads from Shimano with a steel backing plate without cooling fins. They are compatible with all flat mount road and gravel brakes as well as MTB flat mount disc brakes. They can also be used for XTR BR-M9100. The pads score with top braking performance, wear resistance and fade resistance. In terms of dosability, they are above average. These features make the KS04S-MX perfect for extreme use in sand and mud.
