Comfort Foam
A PU foam with perfectly modulated spring back. It distributes the pressure evenly over the sit bones. The foam is produced using the handmade and vacuum handmade methods.
The saddle shell and the seat foam are joined together in a vacuum process. The foam is not glued to the saddle shell, but adheres to it - comparable to two panes of glass on top of each other. The saddle cover is applied to the seat foam by hand.

Comfort Gel
A gel insert for even better pressure relief in the seat bone area. In combination with anatomically pre-shaped seat shells, the result is outstanding seating comfort.

Cellasto Dampers
The Cellasto microcellular dampers are manufactured by the company BASF in Germany. It offers excellent damping properties, is durable and easy to maintain. The dampers are compressed in height in the event of impacts of up to 75 %.

Light FeC Steel
For the FeC steel, a wire is used to produce the frame.

ClimaVent
ClimaVent is an open membrane fabric that provides a permanent layer of air between the body and the saddle surface.

3-Zone Comfort Seating Area
A relief opening, a smooth transition in the area of the relief channel and a seat surface adapted to the seat bone distance and the sitting position distribute the pressure more evenly and cause less discomfort.
