Shipment

We get your order ready for shipping as quickly as possible. The estimated shipping time – that is, the period until we hand over your goods to the delivery service – will be shown directly on the product detail page. This information is for items in stock and varies depending on the product and order situation. If you order a complete bike or e-bike from us, it must also go through our new bike assembly before shipping.

For the subsequent shipment journey, we mainly use DHL or freight companies. To ensure swift and flexible delivery, we also use other delivery services as needed. The choice of service provider is made during shipping preparation and cannot be influenced in advance.
The delivery time after handing over to the delivery service usually is:

• within Germany: approx. 1–3 business days,
• within Europe: approx. 2–6 business days,
• outside of Europe (depending on the destination country): approx. 5–19 business days.
• Stocked bikes are delivered via freight within Germany in approx. 4–8 business days, within Europe in approx. 15 business days.

Terms of delivery outside the EU

In case of deliveries outside of the European Union, we will subtract the german VAT (19%).

For our customers with a delivery address in Switzerland: In addition to the shipping costs charged by us, there are no additional costs for import. Import customs clearance is handled by a service provider for you and we bear the costs for this.
