A missing or poorly chosen rim tape is the cause of many punctures. Especially with hollow section rims, it is important to use a pressure-resistant rim tape that covers the entire rim base. The fabric-reinforced Continental EasyTape was specially developed for use with high air pressures. Different widths allow a perfect fit to all common rim sizes. The high-pressure version for road bikes withstands pressures of up to 15 bar without plastic deformation. In addition, the flat design makes fitting the tyre much easier.
