loud and clear sound, looks as good as a bell can look on a bike.

REALLY nicely made, very clever, Japanese quality, and make a genuinely useful noise.

Forget the Knogg rubbish, which are too quiet to be of any value whatsoever.

This is not a good bell. In high-speed situations, the faint sound disappears in the wind. But it has high quality and nice to look at.

Distinct and clear sound plus nice color aesthetic. Only down side I've found is when I mount bell on my preferred left side of handlebar the sound is not always fullest. When moving bell to handlebar right side the sound is always perfect. I'm no expert but it seems when you use the striker with right hand finger (the same side as spring assembly) it works better every time.

I was planning to purchase the SPURCYCLE Stainless Steel Bell but this little gem won me over. Laud, beautifully crafted and convenient to install, Crane Bells E-Ne Bell is just excellent. The build is sturdy and the bell hammer is snappy and cleverly designed – in it’s normal (non-engaged) position, the hammer does not touch the bell so it will not rub/chop off the paint of the bell due to movement vibrations. The Stealthy black version that I bought looks gorgeous on my satin painted ORBEA and I presume on any matte (flat paint finish) bike out there.

Loud and nice sound. Well built. The mounting metallic part is covered with silicone to protect the handlebars from scratches. As good as Spurcycle bell which costs twice as much.

Louder than most bells and nice mount system which allowed me to position the bell on the dropbars, so I don't have to move my hands to use it.
