DT Swiss G 1800 SPLINE DYN 20 mm wheel – gravel front wheel with hub dynamo for road, gravel and bikepacking
The DT Swiss G 1800 SPLINE DYN 20 mm wheel is a versatile aluminium front wheel for long road rides, winding gravel tracks and multi-day bikepacking adventures. With a 26 mm internal width, 30 mm external width and Hooked / Crotchet Tubeless TC rim bed, it provides a modern platform for wider tyres and increased comfort on rough surfaces.
The 350 PL-7 hub with integrated dynamo was developed by DT Swiss in cooperation with Shutter Precision. It is compliant with German StVZO regulations and delivers 6 volts / 3 watts of power. This makes it compatible with common dynamo lights and USB converters. The integrated cable connection including connector supports a reliable lighting or charging setup for long rides and bikepacking use.
The SPLINE build with DT aero comp wide straightpull spokes, two-cross spoke pattern, 24 spokes and DT Pro Lock Squorx ProHead aluminium nipples is designed for low weight, reliable function and high efficiency. With a 12 x 100 mm axle system, Disc Center Lock brake interface and a weight of 1021 g, the G 1800 SPLINE DYN is a strong front wheel for modern gravel and all-road bikes. According to the manufacturer, it is approved for a maximum system weight of 130 kg and for e-bikes up to max. 32 km/h or max. 250 W.
