1. Mount the tire onto the rim and inflate it without sealant to ensure it seats properly.


2. Open the valve to release the air and remove the valve core.


3. Add the appropriate amount of sealant through the valve into the tire. The recommended quantity is 30–45 ml for road tires, 60–75 ml for gravel and 27.5" MTB tires, 100–140 ml for 29" MTB tires, and 120–140 ml for downhill tires.


4. Reinsert the valve core and inflate the tire to the desired pressure.


5. Take a short ride to distribute the sealant evenly inside the tire.
