Flowerpower Wax from Effetto Mariposa is an environmentally friendly, extremely efficient lubricant based on a water-wax emulsion. In addition to other natural waxes, sunflower wax obtained from the seeds is used. It's very easy to use: once applied to the chain, the emulsion penetrates the chain links. The water evaporates and what remains is a layer of wax that sticks to the metal, which reduces friction on the moving components extremely efficiently and also prevents noise and premature chain wear. Unlike chain lube, wax does not attract dust or dirt, which increases the longevity of the chain while keeping your clothes and legs clean when they come into contact with it. The wax is water-resistant and suitable for all seasons and purposes. No environmentally harmful substances such as PTFE or sulphides are used, and the chain wax is also vegan and contains no alcohol.

Application:

1. Clean the chain thoroughly before first use.
2. Shake bottle vigorously.
3. Apply one drop to each chain link.
4. Slowly turn the pedals at least 10 times to allow the solution to soak in.
5. Allow to dry for at least 2 - 3 hours.
6. When using for the first time, include a second drying time in the process.
7. Wipe off any excess wax with a cloth.
8. Before renewing the wax coat, clean the chain with a dry cloth.
