Elite Nanofly 500 ml bottle - keeps cold liquids really cold

The Elite Nanofly bottle has a double-walled structure with an insulation of Nanogel and can therefore keep cold drinks cold for up to 4 hours. Nevertheless, the bottle is easy to squeeze, which makes the liquid release very large. So you get a very light, flexible thermal bottle that is also extremely compact and fits into any standard bottle cage.

Technology

Nanogel®
Nanogel was invented under the name Aerogel 1929-1930 by Dr. Samuel Stephens Kistler at the College of the Pacific in Stockton, California: It is a solid formed by removing the liquid from a gel by a process called supercritical drying. This isolates a porous structural skeleton called an " aerogel" . After initially being successfully used as a high-tech material in various space missions, as the lightest and best insulating flexible material in the world, Nanogel is now also available for consumer products. The structure with nanopore matrix, formed of 5% solids and 95% air, drastically reduces heat transfer, making it perfect for Elite's lightweight thermal bottles. The Nanogel bottles consist of two plastic containers, which are connected to each other by laser welding. The Nanogel Aerogel insulation panel is located in between as an insulating layer.
