We now offer the O2 V.A.M. road bike frame kit by Factor including a complete Shimano 105 Di2 2x12-speed groupset with disc brakes. The 105 R7150 does not require any wiring of the STIs. It is an electronic drivetrain for best road bike experiences on any day. The shifters and rear derailleur communicate wirelessly with each other. Cables are only used between the battery and the rear derailleur or front derailleur. The wireless protocol is extremely fast and reliable, which raises the shifting speed to a new level.
The O2 V.A.M. is known as Factor's lightest disc brake framekit for road bikes. Its lightweight construction makes it optimally suited for riding across mountain passages. Despite this low weight, the frame stands out especially thanks to its remarkable stiffness. TeXtreme carbon fibres are used to achieve this unique combination of weight and stiffness, and supported by rigid, pitch-based carbon fibres. Loss of power while pedalling is, on the whole, quite negligible. The consistent riding feel is enhanced by wide-stance seat stays. The handling of the sturdy Svelte fork gives you control, while the carbon lay-up provides comfort during rides. Cable routing on the O2 V.A.M. is completely internal, which improves the aerodynamics and ensures a sleek appearance.
