We now offer the O2 V.A.M. road bike frame kit by Factor including a complete Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 2x12-speed groupset with disc brakes and a WH-R9270-C50-TL wheelset. The Dura-Ace R9250 was one of the first electronic Shimano groupsets without STI wiring. It was uncompromisingly designed for speed and performance. The shifters and rear derailleur communicate wirelessly with each other. Cables are only used between the battery and the rear derailleur or front derailleur. The wireless protocol is extremely fast and reliable, which raises the shifting speed to a new level.
The Shimano WH-R9270 wheelset has 50 mm high carbon rims. Its Direct-Engagement aluminium freehub provides increased drive efficiency, and is compatible with 12-speed cassettes only. The tubeless high-performance model is an all-rounder that optimally combines low weight and aerodynamics. The rims have a jaw width of 21 mm for tyres up to 32 mm wide and feature the wind tunnel-tested D2 design.

The O2 V.A.M. is known as Factor's lightest disc brake framekit for road bikes. Its lightweight construction makes it optimally suited for riding across mountain passages. Despite this low weight, the frame stands out especially thanks to its remarkable stiffness. TeXtreme carbon fibres are used to achieve this unique combination of weight and stiffness, and supported by rigid, pitch-based carbon fibres. Loss of power while pedalling is, on the whole, quite negligible. The consistent riding feel is enhanced by wide-stance seat stays. The handling of the sturdy Svelte fork gives you control, while the carbon lay-up provides comfort during rides. Cable routing on the O2 V.A.M. is completely internal, which improves the aerodynamics and ensures a sleek appearance.
