The Favero Assioma PRO RL-1 power meter pedals are designed for road cyclists who want a Look Keo-compatible pedal system with precise power measurement. Power is measured single-sided through the left pedal. The measured value is doubled to calculate total power output, giving you reliable watt data for structured training, performance analysis and targeted effort control. The pedal system is fully compatible with Look Keo and Look Keo Grip cleats. The included Favero Look-compatible cleats offer 5° float and a grippy contact surface. With a 755 mm² contact area, the pedal supports efficient power transfer, while adjustable release tension lets you fine-tune the pedal feel more precisely than with fixed blade-spring systems. Favero’s IAV Power System measures instantaneous angular velocity throughout the entire pedal stroke and delivers ±1% accuracy. Power data remains precise even when using oval chainrings. The pedals also record training metrics such as power, cadence, Platform Center Offset, Power Phase, Pedal Smoothness, Torque Effectiveness and Rider Position. Automatic temperature compensation helps maintain consistent readings in changing conditions. Training data is transmitted wirelessly via ANT+ and Bluetooth, with up to three simultaneous Bluetooth connections possible. The integrated rechargeable lithium-ion battery provides up to 160 hours of use per charge and is charged via a magnetic connector. The left pedal with sensor weighs 130 g, while the right pedal without sensor weighs 129 g. Thanks to the modular design, the pedal body can be serviced or replaced independently from the sensor. An upgrade to the dual-sided Assioma PRO RL-2 system is available.
