if wheel is removed its a good brush- no problem to clean safety.

if you dont remove wheel and bike is aluminium + mechanical shifting its ok.

but is your bike is expensive carbon , i suppose can be damage in time color , lack. + if its a di2 system rear derailleur has a very thin electric cable that can be easily damage with such harsh bristle. - this is my case,. would prefer to make a return.
