The Mounting Set for the Outer-Pocket by ORTLIEB

This ORTLIEB mounting set allows you to attach the Outer-Pocket to your touring bag as well as to larger backpacks or other bags. The mount rails are screwed to the touring bag from the outside and the cover rails are screwed to the touring bag from the inside as a counter support, and the bag remains watertight. Then attach the Outer-Pocket to the outer rails.
